  Quanzheng Co., Ltd. is a condenser manufacturer, located in Guangzhou, China, with R&D and manufacturing capabilities.

  Quanzheng has advanced production equipment such as fully automatic brazing furnace and specializes in Parallel-flow Type condenser. We are well versed in the production process of all kinds of Parallel-flow Type condensers and have dozens of inventions and national patents. We have been certified as a high-tech enterprise in China for many consecutive years. Quanzheng has passed the management system certification: (GB/T19001-2016/ISO 9001-2015) and international IATF16949:2016, as well as China Customs AEO certification.

  1. Auto parts segment: We have more than 2,000 models of condensers for new energy vehicles, fuel vehicles, heavy trucks, mini-vehicles and so on. Automotive Condenser Production Process

  1. Material Preparation: Gathering the required raw materials, including metal sheets, copper tubes, aluminum sheets, plastic parts, etc.
  2. Material Processing: Sheet metal is cut and shaped to make the condenser shell and support structure. Copper tubes and aluminum sheets are also cut and shaped for heat conduction and heat exchange.
  3. Welding and Joining: Shell parts are welded, riveted or bolted together to assemble the basic structure of the condenser. Make sure the connections are tight and leak-free.
  4. Copper Tube Installation: Install the copper tubes inside the condenser according to the design requirements to form a parallel arrangement of tubes.
  5. Aluminum Sheet Installation: Connect the aluminum sheet to the copper tube, usually by welding or riveting, to increase the heat transfer surface area and heat dissipation efficiency. In a parallel flow condenser, the aluminum sheets are arranged in parallel with the copper tubes to form multiple independent heat exchange channels.
  6. Cleaning and De-Airing: The condenser is cleaned and air is removed to ensure that the interior is free of impurities and air bubbles, thereby improving condenser performance.
  7. Installation of plastic parts: Plastic parts such as air inlets, drains and support fixtures are installed as required.
  8. Heat Treatment: Heat treatment of the condenser to enhance the strength and corrosion resistance of the material.
  9. Surface treatment and painting: Surface treatments, such as pickling and plating, are applied to the condenser to increase corrosion resistance. This is followed by painting to add appearance and protect the condenser.
  10. Testing and quality control: Assembled condensers are tested, including pressure testing, leak detection and performance evaluation. This ensures that the condenser meets quality standards and performance requirements.
  11. Packaging and factory: Packages the completed parallel-flow air conditioning condenser and prepares it for factory shipment for transportation and installation into the final vehicle build.
